In 1930 Chicago Company was just a knife conditioning service that worked for professional butchers and packing plants. Later in the year 1969 Chicago Cutlery switched on to the retail market with professional cutlery.
Now the Chicago cutlery brand is owned by World Kitchen and it continues to manufacture the most innovative products by Chicago Cutlery itself. The reason being Chicago Cutlery is the renowned and widely trusted name in knives manufacturing.
