One thing common to all Cutco Cutlery Knives is that, they all are made from a high carbon 440A-stamped stain resistant steel, and are fitted with thermo resin handles. During the manufacturing process, the knife blades are exposed to three processes. The blades are: heat treated, deep frozen and oven tempered.
The Cutco knife range includes a variety of knives, suitable for numerous kitchen tasks, including compact cheese knives, boning knives, cleavers, Santoku knives and spatula spreaders alongside more traditional knives such as those found in their table knife, paring knife and chef knife ranges.
