Electric knives are electrical kitchen appliances. The biggest advantage of an electric knife is that one does not need to put so much of physical effort to cut some thing with it.  It is used for slicing  fruits, cakes, vegetables, meats and breads, and even fancy finger sandwiches. This knife has two kinds of serrated blades which are joint together and move opposite to each other so that the food can be cut easily. These blades are removed easily for cleaning and storing.
