Included in these sets are a 3-1/4-inch paring knife, 5-inch utility knife, 6-inch cleaver, 8-inch Chef, six 4-1/2-inch steak knives with serrated tips, and slicer and bread knives. Each knife blade is molded and tapered smoothly into its 4-1/2-inch handle (5-1/2-inch for the larger knives).
