Silver Stag Antler Handle Fillet Knife
Silver Stag knives are hand crafted in the Pacific Northwest with premium materials. This fillet knife blade is made from 1095 Tool Steel referred to as cutlery spring tool. It is also used in the manufacture of commercial saw blades. 1095 hones to a razor sharp edge and retains its edge. This is a top of the line fillet knife that will give excellent service for a lifetime.
This tool needs good care and is to be always cleaned and oiled after use. 1095 will discolor over time but this will not affect the blade performance. Handles on the blade are of shed Deer or Elk antler with brass guard. Silver Stag offers free resharpening and refurbishing and also has a warranty program for life. Included is a handmade leather belt sheath.
